There appears fever accompanied by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, increased abdominal volume and weight gain, the latter ones appear especially when ascites also occurs.
Patients are tired, thirsty, have decreased appetite, they can also present confusion.
It is not necessary that all the symptoms suddenly coexist, but they get worse if they continue drinking.
