Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix.

Pain around the navel followed by movement of pain in the lower right abdomen. Pains are accompanied by nausea, and vomiting in some cases. The temperature is currently around 38 degrees C. Also some patients experience constipation or diarrhea.
