Lithiasis cholecystitis represents medical distress caused by the presence of gallstones in the gallbladder.
The characteristics of this disease are the bitter taste in the mouth upon awakening in the morning and quite severe pain in the upper abdomen that appear especially on the right. The pains occur with nausea after meals high in fat.The episodes of pain repeat themselves and they do not disappear until the cause is treated.
These episodes may also be accompanied by fever.
